3 months warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 months manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 months by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does this HP 711 magenta cartridge fit?
The HP DesignJet T120, T125, T130, T520, T525 and T530 series, in both 24- and 36-inch versions. Check the model shown on your plotter before ordering.
How much ink does this HP 711 cartridge contain?
29 ml. It is the small size in the range, suited to the compact plotters of the T120 and T520 series — a far cry from the 130 to 300 ml of the larger series.
Is this magenta ink water-resistant?
It is a dye-based ink, chosen for vivid colours. Dye-based inks are not pigment inks, which are the ones that resist water and fading.
Does this cartridge work on its own?
No: on a DesignJet, the cartridge feeds a separate printhead — for this range, the HP 711 printhead kit. The two parts are replaced independently.
What printing technology does this cartridge use?
HP thermal inkjet printing: the printhead heats the ink to eject the droplet. The cartridge weighs 60 grams.
Is this HP 711 magenta cartridge genuine and under warranty?
Yes, it is a genuine HP cartridge, reference CZ131A. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year.
