Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • On-screen image : the content visible on the screen is a composite: it represents neither the real picture quality nor any content supplied with the product.
  • Stand and mount : the shape of the stand changes between versions; wall mounts, arms and ceiling fixings are not included unless stated.
  • Connectors and sound : the number of HDMI, DisplayPort and USB ports, and the presence of speakers, a tuner or a network port, are read in the specifications.
  • Panel : bezels, curved format, touch, matte or glossy finish and refresh rate cannot be judged from a photo.
  • Accessories : remote control, cables, 3D glasses and projection screen are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Description

Connect · 27A1H model, 240 Hz version

A large curved screen,
tuned to go fast.

The 27A1H combines a 27-inch diagonal, a curved VA panel and a rate of 240 frames per second.

  • 27″curved VA panel
  • 240Hzrefresh rate
  • 1msresponse time

Edges brought back towards your eyes

At 27 inches, a flat screen pushes its corners away from your gaze. The 27A1H's curve brings them closer: the whole surface stays at a similar distance, and the scene of a racing game or an open world fills more of your field of view. The Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution gives about 82 pixels per inch, a density made to be viewed at arm's length rather than with your nose on the panel.

Connect 27A1H monitor seen from three quarters, curved panel on a three-legged standSeen from three quarters, the curve of the panel reads from one edge to the other.

Two inputs, two uses

One HDMI input and one DisplayPort input: the gaming PC on one, a console or a laptop on the other, each with its cable left in place.

The 27A1H comes in two refresh rates. This listing describes the 240 Hz version: it is the one you will receive.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which video inputs does the Connect 27A1H offer?
It has one HDMI input and one DisplayPort input. A gaming PC connects to either; a console or a laptop without DisplayPort plugs into HDMI.
Is a 27-inch Full HD screen sharp?
The panel shows 1920 x 1080 across 27 inches, about 82 pixels per inch: less dense than a 24-inch Full HD screen (92 ppi), which you notice on text seen up close. In games, at 70 cm or more, the image stays sharp, and a graphics card reaches 240 frames per second far more easily in Full HD than in QHD.
What does a curved panel change?
The 27A1H's VA panel is curved: its edges come closer to your eyes, which keeps the whole surface at a similar distance and deepens immersion in racing and adventure games or films.
What are 240 Hz and 1 ms for?
At 240 Hz, the monitor shows up to 240 frames per second: fast movement stays smooth and readable in shooters. The 1 ms response time limits trails behind moving objects. To benefit, the PC must produce as many frames per second.
What is the difference with the Connect 27A1H 300 Hz?
Connect offers the 27A1H in two refresh rates. This listing is the 27A1H 240 Hz: same 27-inch diagonal, same Full HD resolution and curved panel, but a refresh rate capped at 240 frames per second. It is the version shown on the order and the invoice; for a PC that does not exceed 240 frames per second in your games, it is enough.
