1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers does the HP 963 yellow cartridge work with?
It is listed as compatible with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 and OfficeJet Pro 9020 all-in-one ranges. Before ordering, check the code of the installed cartridge: the 963 yellow carries the reference 3JA25AE. Genuine HP cartridges are specially designed to work with your HP printer.
Is there a high-yield version of the 963 yellow?
Yes: the 963XL yellow (3JA29AE) goes up to 1,600 pages compared with 700 pages here, with identical dimensions (114 × 25 × 126 mm). It lets you print about twice as much before opening the cover again. For black, the gap is the same: 1,000 pages for the 963, 2,000 pages for the 963XL.
Will I really get 700 pages with this cartridge?
The 700 pages are an average composite yield for cyan/magenta/yellow, measured according to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard or an HP test methodology, in continuous printing on an HP OfficeJet Pro 9020, for 10.7 ml of ink. The actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of the printed pages.
Is this a pack of several cartridges?
No: 3JA25AE refers to the yellow cartridge alone. Cyan (3JA23AE) and magenta (3JA24AE) are also rated at 700 pages, black (3JA26AE) at 1,000 pages; each is ordered on its own. The three colours measure 114 × 25 × 126 mm, the black one being wider (119 × 36 × 126 mm).
Does the yellow stay vivid on a document kept for a long time?
Yes: the HP 963 uses pigment inks, and genuine HP cartridges are designed for long-lasting results, backed by HP internal testing and the Wilhelm Imaging Research statement on dark storage. Your business documents keep vivid colours and sharp black text.
What happens to the yellow cartridge once it is empty?
It can be recycled free of charge through the HP Planet Partners programme, whose availability varies by country: the cartridge is taken back instead of being thrown away. Genuine HP supplies are also designed to save resources and paper when printing.
Is this HP 963 yellow cartridge genuine and under warranty?
Yes: an authentic HP cartridge (3JA25AE), new, supplied with its invoice, which serves as a 1-year warranty — HP warrants its cartridges against any defect in materials and workmanship. Details are given in the HP datasheet (PDF).
