1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the 963XL yellow really print more than the standard 963 yellow?
Yes: 1,600 pages versus 700 pages for the standard 963 yellow, or more than twice as many before replacement. The size is identical (114 × 25 × 126 mm) and the compatible printers are the same. For an office that prints in colour every week, that means proportionally fewer interruptions.
Will my HP OfficeJet Pro accept the 3JA29AE cartridge?
This yellow cartridge is listed as compatible with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 and 9020 series all-in-ones. The reference 3JA29AE designates the high-capacity yellow, the standard yellow carrying the reference 3JA25AE. Check the exact model marked on your printer before ordering.
Should I order the other colours at the same time?
The box contains only the yellow. On an OfficeJet Pro 9010 or 9020, each colour has its own cartridge: 3JA27AE (XL cyan), 3JA28AE (XL magenta) and 3JA30AE (XL black) are ordered separately. Their replacement rates also differ: the XL black lasts 2,000 pages, each XL colour 1,600.
Exactly how much ink does this yellow cartridge contain?
22.92 ml of pigment ink, for a yield of 1,600 pages measured according to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard on an OfficeJet Pro 9020. This figure is a composite yield obtained with all three colours used together; the actual yield varies considerably depending on the content of the printed pages.
Does the yellow hold up over time on a printed document?
It is a pigment ink, and the range is stated to give long-lasting results: print permanence is based on the Wilhelm Imaging Research statement for storage away from light. The solid areas of an archived report therefore keep their appearance, alongside black text that stays sharp.
What happens to the yellow cartridge once it is empty?
HP offers the HP Planet Partners return programme, which lets you recycle HP ink cartridges free of charge; its availability may vary. Genuine HP supplies are designed to be returned through this channel rather than thrown away.
Is this HP 963XL yellow cartridge genuine and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine HP cartridge, reference 3JA29AE, warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship; the invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Yields and dimensions for the whole range are given in the HP 963 datasheet (PDF). The code 192545866583 printed on the box confirms the reference.
