1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

What is the efficiency of this HPE 800 W power supply?
Up to 96% energy efficiency, with 80PLUS Platinum certification. On a server that runs continuously, these efficiency points translate into electricity saved and less heat to remove.
Is this power supply module more compact than the previous one?
Yes: its format is 25% more compact than that of the previous generation. The saving is made on chassis depth, to the benefit of airflow.
Can this power supply be replaced while the server is running?
Yes, it is hot-pluggable and its maintenance is tool-free. On a redundant configuration, the swap is carried out without shutting down the server.
What does “low halogen” mean on this power supply?
That its composition limits halogenated compounds, known to be toxic when incinerated. It is a frequent environmental criterion in public tenders.
What is the difference between this 800 W module and the 500 W version?
The available power: 800 W instead of 500 W, with identical certification and format. The choice depends on the server configuration — processors, drives and add-in cards.
Is this HPE 800 W power supply new and under warranty?
