1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can I carry a tablet as well as the 15.6-inch laptop?
Yes. There is a section for a tablet up to 10.1 inches, in addition to the sleeve for the 15.6-inch laptop. The inner compartments remain free for documents and accessories.
Is the shoulder strap removable if I prefer to carry the bag by hand?
Yes, the strap is removable and adjustable in length, with a non-slip shoulder pad. Once it is removed, the bag is carried by its padded handle.
How is the laptop protected against everyday knocks?
By padded sides, which absorb bumps along the sides of the bag. The two-way zip also gives quick access to the main compartment.
Where can I put the charger, mouse and cables?
In the two zipped front pockets, designed for accessories, cables and chargers. Inside, separate compartments hold documents and small items.
What is the Rivacase Narita 8135 made of?
Herringbone polyester, with a faux leather panel. The fittings and buckles are made of metal, not plastic.
Is this bag new and under warranty?
Yes: it is new and genuine RIVACASE, model 8135 Black (EAN 4260403570531), supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. This is the black version of the Narita range, for 15.6-inch laptops.
