1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How can I tell whether my laptop will really fit inside?
Go by the internal dimensions: 330 × 235 × 25 mm. Measure your machine's width, depth and thickness: if it comes in under all three, it fits. The bag is stated for 13 to 13.9-inch diagonals.
Does the outer fabric protect against rain?
Yes: the outer fabric is waterproof and protects the laptop from the weather in transit. The soft, quilted interior takes over against knocks and scratches.
What happens if the bag takes a knock or falls off a desk?
The interior combines shock-absorbing sponge and foam: the impact is absorbed, and the soft lining prevents scratches on the casing as well as the screen. Hence the 50 mm external thickness for 25 mm of usable space inside.
Can you keep the charger and mouse in it?
Yes, an outer pocket is provided for the charger, the mouse or other accessories. They stay separate from the laptop and accessible without opening the main compartment.
Is it carried by hand, or does it need to go inside another bag?
Both. A built-in carry handle lets you carry it on its own, and its slim format — 345 × 250 × 50 mm — lets it fit into a backpack or suitcase for extra protection. It is lightweight, designed for professionals on the move.
Is the bag new and under warranty?
Yes: the Ugreen 20448 bag is new, in its original packaging, and the invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The UGREEN 20448 model is the 13 to 13.9-inch version.
