1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will my 15.6-inch laptop fit inside?
Yes, if it fits within the internal dimensions of 385 × 275 × 25 mm. The bag is cut for 15 to 15.9-inch diagonals: measure your machine's width, depth and thickness rather than the diagonal alone, which says nothing about its actual footprint.
Is it compatible with a MacBook, a Dell or an HP?
Yes, it is stated to be compatible with MacBook, Dell, HP and other brands in the 15 to 15.9-inch format. It is a close-fitting sleeve, not an oversized universal format.
How much real protection does it give against knocks?
Three layers on top of each other: the outer fabric, a layer of foam, then an inner sponge layer. This stack protects against knocks and scratches for a total thickness of just 30 mm, 25 mm of which is usable space for the machine.
Will the zip hold up over time?
It is a metal zip, not a plastic one, stated to be robust — on the most heavily used part of a laptop sleeve.
Where do you put the charger, mouse and cables?
In the extra pockets in addition to the main compartment: the charger, mouse and cables travel separately, without rubbing against the casing, and stay accessible without opening the machine's compartment.
Does it resist splashes, and is it still easy to carry?
The outer fabric is waterproof: knocks, scratches and splashes are covered. At 400 × 290 × 30 mm overall, its slim, lightweight design makes it easy to carry, for daily use as well as when travelling.
Is the bag new and under warranty?
Yes: the Ugreen 30325 bag is new, in its original packaging, and the invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The UGREEN 30325 model is the 15 to 15.9-inch version: check this if you are hesitating with the 13-inch format.
