1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which printers take the HP 212A magenta toner (W2123A)?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M554dn, M555dn and M555x, as well as the Flow M578c, M578dn and M578f multifunction printers. The magenta cartridge currently installed should carry the reference W2123A or 212A.
How many pages does the HP 212A magenta print?
4,500 pages, a composite cyan, yellow and magenta yield declared in accordance with the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. The three colours are measured together over a series of standard pages: it is an average for mixed use.
What do you gain by moving up to the HP 212X magenta?
The yield rises from 4,500 to 10,000 pages per cartridge (W2123X), more than double. One point to know before counting on it: 212X cartridges are not supplied with the printer; they are bought separately.
Does the black last longer than the magenta on an M555?
Yes: 5,500 pages for the W2120A black versus 4,500 pages for each of the three colours. In high yield, the gap widens clearly: 13,000 pages for black versus 10,000 for the colours.
How can I tell whether a cartridge has already been used before it reaches me?
The printer detects it: HP anti-fraud technology helps identify whether a cartridge is original, previously used or counterfeit. The cartridges also feature tamper-resistant chips, right down to the packaging.
How much recycled material does an HP 212A cartridge contain?
100% of Original HP toner cartridges contain recycled material, in a proportion of between 5 and 45% post-consumer or post-industrial content depending on the product. Toner bottles are not included.
Does this toner affect the printer's power consumption?
Yes, it is a stated claim: HP LaserJet printers and cartridges with JetIntelligence use less energy than toner generations prior to 2015, measured according to the Energy Star methodology.
Does the choice of toner affect office air quality?
HP presents it as a criterion for this range: original cartridges aim to maintain office air quality alongside print quality. A point worth considering for an enclosed room where the machine runs all day.
What does print gauge technology bring to HP 212 toners?
It tracks the toner level intelligently to warn you that the cartridge is nearly empty before it runs out, and it comes with page maximiser technology that manages efficient use of the toner powder.
What difference does ColorSphere 3 toner make on an M578?
It is designed to keep up with the speed the machine was built for while maintaining vivid colours and consistent professional quality. That is what saves you from having to slow printing down to get a clean result.
What are the dimensions and weight of an HP 212A cartridge?
395 × 147 × 161 mm and approx. 0.86 kg, measurements shared by the eight references in the range. Allow for the matching shelf space if you keep a full set of colours near the machine.
Can the W2123A print the other colours?
No, it only supplies magenta. The W2120A black, W2121A cyan and W2122A yellow are three separate references: check all four levels at once before ordering.
Is this HP 212A magenta toner new and under warranty?
