1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does a 15.6-inch laptop really fit inside?
Yes, up to a 15.6-inch diagonal, in a dedicated padded sleeve inside the zipped main compartment. The bag measures 390 × 65 × 290 mm, holds 9.2 litres and weighs just 610 g empty.
What is this HP Renew bag made of?
Its exterior is made from 100% recycled ocean-bound plastic — the equivalent of five plastic water bottles — woven into 600D polyester, with a 210D polyester lining. The labels, cords and padding also come from 100% recycled biodegradable materials.
What happens if it gets caught in the rain, and how do you clean it?
The fabric is water-resistant. The bag is also designed to be disinfected: a spray or a wipe is all it takes, and the coating withstands up to 50 cleanings with Lysol type C disinfectant spray.
What is the hidden RFID pocket on the back for?
It blocks contactless readers: bank cards slipped inside can no longer be read remotely by an electronic pickpocket. This zipped pocket is concealed on the back of the bag. The main compartment, for its part, closes with lockable double-coil zips.
Is a Bluetooth tracker supplied with the bag?
No, the tracker is not included. The bag does, however, have a secret pocket designed to hold one, hidden inside: slip in your own Bluetooth tracker and you can then locate the bag if you lose track of it or it is stolen.
Can you keep your phone charging while you walk?
Yes. A cable pass-through runs through the bag, with a dedicated power bank pocket right next to it: the power bank stays stowed inside while the cable comes out to your phone or headphones. No need to reopen the bag on the way.
How many pockets does it have, and how are they laid out?
It has 2 compartments (the zipped main one with the padded laptop sleeve, plus a zipped front compartment), 3 external pockets — a zipped front pocket, the RFID pocket on the back and a document pocket with a Velcro closure — and 8 internal pockets, including those dedicated to the power bank and documents.
Can it be attached to the handle of a wheeled suitcase?
Yes, a trolley sleeve slides over most telescopic suitcase handles: the bag rides on the suitcase instead of weighing on your shoulder. Otherwise, it can be worn cross-body or simply carried by its handles.
Is the bag new and under warranty?
Yes: the HP Renew Business Topload bag (3E5F8AA) is new in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Full details of materials and dimensions are in the manufacturer's datasheet (PDF).
