Frequently asked questions about this product
Does the Logitech K380 keyboard handle several devices?
Yes, three paired devices, which you switch between with a single Easy-Switch key. You move from the computer to the phone and then to the tablet without re-pairing anything — that is the whole point of this keyboard.
What battery life does the Logitech K380 keyboard offer?
Up to 24 months, as stated, on two AAA batteries. Two years without giving it a thought, with a battery level indicator that warns you before they run out — that is the deliberate trade-off of disposable batteries versus a rechargeable one.
Is the Logitech K380 keyboard AZERTY?
Yes, this reference is the French AZERTY version. It is the first thing to check on an imported keyboard: on QWERTY, the letters A, Q, Z, W and M move and accents require a key combination.
Does the Logitech K380 work on iPad and Android?
Yes: it is listed as compatible with Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, iOS, iPadOS and Android. Six systems, which explains the unusual layout of some keys — they change function depending on the active device.
How big is the Logitech K380 keyboard?
A compact 79-key format, weighing 423 grams, with rounded scissor keys. It fits in a bag next to a laptop, which is what a truly portable keyboard needs.
What is the wireless range of the Logitech K380 keyboard?
10 metres, over Bluetooth. That is well beyond desk use: you can control a TV, or a computer connected to a projector, from the back of the room.
Is the Logitech K380 keyboard new and covered by a warranty?
New, reference 920-007568, in original Logitech packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
