1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What types of barcodes can the Honeywell HF680 read?
It reads 1D, PDF417 and 2D/QR codes (standard symbologies) thanks to its megapixel imager sensor.
Does the HF680 scanner read codes displayed on a smartphone screen?
Yes. Its Hybrid Imaging technology reads codes on LCD and OLED screens (brightness from 10% to 100%), including digital tickets and coupons.
Do you have to press a trigger to scan?
No, it is a hands-free presentation scanner: place it on the counter and present the code in front of the window, and reading starts automatically.
Can it read damaged or poor-quality barcodes?
Yes. It decodes folded, wet, inverted, very dense or damaged codes, and on paper from 20% print contrast.
How does the HF680 connect to the checkout?
Through a plug-and-play USB / RS-232 interface, with support for OPOS/JPOS drivers for point-of-sale systems.
Does the scanner withstand drops and heavy use?
Yes: designed to withstand 1-metre drops, a range of -10 to 40 °C, and a lifespan of more than 40,000 hours.
