1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Does the Honeywell Eclipse MS5145 scanner read QR codes?
No, it is a single-line 1D laser scanner: it reads 1D and GS1 DataBar barcodes, but not 2D codes (QR codes, DataMatrix).
How does the MS5145 connect to the computer?
Via USB, with a USB cable supplied and a mounting stand included.
Is it fast, and at what distance does it read codes?
Yes: 72 scans per second and an effective reading range of up to about 14 cm.
Does it trigger reading automatically?
Yes: CodeSense wakes the scanner as soon as a code is detected, and CodeGate confirms the read with a simple press of a button (ideal for point of sale and menu scanning).
Is this scanner rugged enough for checkout or inventory use?
Yes: designed to withstand 1.5 m drops, sealed against dust, lightweight (100 g) and compact (169 x 63 x 51 mm).
What uses is the MS5145 suited to?
