This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is it a single module or a kit of two modules?
It is a single 16 GB module, sold individually and not as a kit of two. It installs in a free SO-DIMM slot in your laptop; the Premier DDR4 3200 SO-DIMM range also comes in 8 and 32 GB.
Will the module really run at 3200 MHz in my laptop?
Its maximum frequency is 3200 MHz, but the speed actually applied depends on the platform and processor of the machine: the module aligns with the clock speed the motherboard supports. That is the point to check before buying if you are aiming for a specific frequency for your configuration.
Which processors is this ADATA memory designed for?
It supports 8th, 9th and 10th generation Intel Core as well as AMD Ryzen ZEN 2 and 3 processors, and runs at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.2 V. Simply check that your laptop accepts DDR4 in SO-DIMM format, as the frequency achieved then depends on the platform.
Can this module be used in a desktop PC?
It is a 260-pin SO-DIMM module, the format used by laptops: the machine to be fitted must therefore have a free SO-DIMM slot, whatever its size.
Does a DDR4 module use less energy than a DDR3 one?
Yes: it runs at 1.2 V and saves 20% energy compared with DDR3, while transferring data faster. In a laptop, the effect is tangible: less heat given off and longer battery life. The module is also optimised for recent Intel and AMD processors.
