1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the RTX A1000 fit in a compact workstation?
Yes: it is low-profile and needs only 50 W, with active single-fan cooling. That is precisely what makes it suited to space-constrained workstations, where the available room and the existing power supply rule out a full-height card.
What difference does hardware ray tracing make on a design card?
It calculates the actual path of light through the scene instead of approximating it: reflections, soft shadows and transparency come out noticeably faster in photorealistic rendering. The RTX A1000 has dedicated Ray Tracing cores and Tensor Cores, the latter accelerating AI-assisted processing.
How many monitors can the RTX A1000 drive?
Four 4K monitors simultaneously, up to 4096 × 2160 each, via its four mini DisplayPort 1.4a outputs. These are small-format connectors: plan on one mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort or HDMI cable or adapter per monitor, depending on the input it has.
8 GB of GDDR6: for what kind of projects?
For 3D scenes, mock-ups and demanding multitasking workflows: 8 GB at 192 GB/s on a 128-bit bus, working with 2,304 Ampere-architecture CUDA cores. The card targets the everyday productivity of an engineer, architect or designer rather than long-running intensive computing.
Which software APIs does the RTX A1000 support?
DirectX 12, OpenGL 4.6, Vulkan 1.3 and CUDA 11.6, which covers design and rendering software as well as GPU computing tools written in CUDA. Drivers are available for both Windows and Linux. Check the minimum version required by your professional software before ordering.
