1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What power supply does the PNY RTX 5060 Ti EPIC-X RGB 8 GB need?
A power supply of 600 W or more for the whole PC and one 8-pin connector for the card, whose total graphics power reaches 180 W. This requirement depends on the configuration: a power-hungry processor or several drives call for more headroom.
How long is this triple-fan RTX 5060 Ti?
299 mm long, 120 mm high and 40 mm thick, over two slots. With three fans, it is a long card: measure the distance between the back of the case and the drive cage before ordering, as nearly 30 cm will not fit everywhere.
Is the ARGB lighting on this card adjustable?
Yes, via PNY's VelocityX software, which gives you control over the RGB lighting as well as the card's performance. Three fans also spread the heat across the entire surface of the GPU, and the metal backplate adds anti-sag support while providing passive ventilation.
Is the driver supplied with the card?
No, it is not in the box: the NVIDIA app downloads the latest GeForce driver from the internet once the card is installed. Plan for a network connection at first start-up, or get the driver in advance if this card is the machine's only video output.
What clock speeds and what memory bandwidth?
2,407 MHz base, 2,692 MHz boost — the OC suffix indicating a factory setting above reference clock speeds. The card packs 4,608 CUDA cores and 8 GB of GDDR7 delivering 448 GB/s on a 128-bit bus.
What video outputs, and for how many displays?
Three DisplayPort 2.1b with UHBR20 and one HDMI 2.1b output, for four displays simultaneously. With DSC compression, the card reaches 4K at 480 Hz or 8K at 165 Hz: enough to drive a very high-refresh-rate monitor.
Which motherboard and which operating system should it be installed on?
On a PCI Express Gen 5 motherboard with a dual-width x8 graphics slot. The supported operating systems are 64-bit Windows 11, 64-bit Windows 10 from the November 2018 release onwards, and 64-bit Linux.
Is the card new and under warranty?
Yes, new and covered for 1 year, with your invoice serving as the warranty document. The exact reference is VCG5060T8TFXXPB1-O; the full specifications are given in the PNY technical documentation.
