1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which way does this DisplayPort to HDMI cable work?
From the DisplayPort source to the HDMI display. It is a one-way conversion cable: your computer's output must be DisplayPort, and the display or TV input must be HDMI.
What maximum resolution does this cable reach?
4K at 30 Hz, a limit set by the HDMI 1.4 standard on the display side. The two values go together: at 30 Hz, you can feel it when moving the pointer. In 1080p, on the other hand, motion is fully smooth.
Does this cable also carry sound?
Yes, audio and video are transmitted simultaneously. A single cable is therefore enough to reach the TV or projector, with no separate audio cable to run.
Can you choose between a duplicated and an extended screen?
Yes, mirror and extended modes are both supported. Mirror mode projects what you see; extended mode turns the second screen into additional workspace.
Is this cable protected against interference?
Yes, by triple shielding, backed up by gold-plated connectors. Over two metres that often run alongside a power supply or a power strip, this is what prevents flickering and picture dropouts.
Is the Ugreen 10202 cable new and under warranty?
New, reference 10202, 2 metres long, with 3D support. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested if you make a claim.
