1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Is the hard drive supplied with the Ugreen external enclosure (30848)?
No. This is an enclosure only: the drive is not included. You insert your own 2.5-inch drive to turn it into an external drive.
Does the Ugreen enclosure accept an SSD as well as a hard drive?
Yes, it is compatible with 2.5-inch SATA III, II and I drives, whether SSD or HDD. It supports capacities up to 6 TB.
What drive thickness does the Ugreen 30848 enclosure support?
It accepts 2.5-inch drives between 7 mm and 9.5 mm thick, which covers the vast majority of SSDs and laptop hard drives on the market.
What is the transfer speed of the Ugreen USB 3.0 enclosure?
