1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which SSDs does the Ugreen NVMe M2 enclosure accept?
M.2 NVMe (PCIe) SSDs with M-Key or M+B Key, up to 4 TB, in 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 formats. Please note: it does not support M.2 SATA (NGFF) SSDs.
What transfer speed does this enclosure offer?
Up to 10 Gbps thanks to the USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface and the RTL9210 chip, with support for UASP, TRIM and S.M.A.R.T.
Is the cable included, and what type is it?
Yes, a USB-C to USB-C cable is included. The enclosure is backward compatible with older USB 3.1/3.0/2.0 ports.
Does installing the SSD require tools?
No, assembly is tool-free. A white LED indicator shows status and activity, and the enclosure goes to sleep after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Does the enclosure get hot under heavy use?
Its aluminium shell, ventilation holes and silicone pad aid heat dissipation. During prolonged continuous transfers, it can nevertheless become hot — this is normal for a fast NVMe enclosure.
Can a new SSD be used straight away?
A new SSD must first be partitioned/formatted (via Disk Management on Windows). Remember to safely eject the drive before unplugging it.
Is this Ugreen NVMe M2 enclosure Mac compatible?
Yes, it works on Windows, macOS and Linux, including the MacBook Pro 2022 (14" and 16").
Is the Ugreen NVMe M2 enclosure new and under warranty?
Yes, a new item (Ugreen ref. 10902), under warranty for 1 year, with the invoice serving as the warranty document.
