1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which drives does the Adata EC600 enclosure accept?
A hard drive or an SSD. That is its purpose: giving a second life to a drive removed from a computer, by turning it into an external unit rather than leaving it in a drawer.
Do you need tools to fit a drive in the Adata EC600?
No: installation is tool-free, with a built-in latch that holds the drive in place. Assembly takes a few seconds, which matters when you are salvaging several drives in a row.
What throughput does the Adata EC600 enclosure offer?
Up to 10 Gbps, over USB 3.2 Gen 2. That is double USB 3.0: with an SSD, it is this interface that determines the actual throughput, as the drive is rarely the limiting factor.
Is the Adata EC600 enclosure made from recycled material?
Yes, from 85% post-consumer recycled plastic. This is consistent with its intended use: extending the life of an existing drive rather than buying a new one, while limiting the footprint of the enclosure itself.
Is the Adata EC600 hard drive enclosure new and under warranty?
New, reference EC600-BCBK, in original Adata packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
