1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 2 140 MAD up front by card, then 12 159 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Epson ELPSC36 screen stay clear in bright light?
That is its whole purpose: ALR technology rejects ambient light and keeps the image sharp in a lit room. An ordinary projection screen looks washed out as soon as the curtains are opened; this one is designed not to.
What image size does the Epson ELPSC36 screen give?
2,657 x 1,496 mm in 16:9 format, for a 120-inch diagonal. These are the useful dimensions to measure on the wall before ordering, more reliable than the stated diagonal alone.
Which projectors is the Epson ELPSC36 screen compatible with?
The Epson EH-LS300B, EH-LS300W, EH-LS500B and EH-LS500W. These are ultra-short-throw projectors placed just below the screen: the ALR fabric is engineered for the very shallow angle of their beam.
Can the Epson ELPSC36 screen be viewed from the side?
It is specified as offering superior image quality from every angle. That is a point worth checking on an ALR screen: the usual trade-off for rejecting ambient light is a narrower viewing angle.
Is the Epson ELPSC36 projection screen new and under warranty?
New, part number V12H002AG0, in original Epson packaging, with its slim frame. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document you will be asked for if you make a claim.
