1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How much wall width do you need to install this 200 x 200 cm screen?
Allow 2.21 m of clearance: the housing is 221 cm long for a usable image of 200 × 200 cm, and the weight bar is 205 cm. The image is therefore narrower than the case, so measure the space against the length of the housing. Vertically, allow for 200 cm of image drop below the housing.
Is this Oray Cineflex Pro screen square or 16:9?
It is square: a 200 cm wide by 200 cm high image. A 16:9 source projected across the full width therefore only fills about 112 cm of height, with the rest of the fabric left white above and below. The Cineflex Pro range also comes in 4:3 and 16:10, under other part numbers.
Can it be mounted on the ceiling as well as the wall, and is installation complicated?
Both are catered for. The Speed Solo system lets you fit the housing directly to the wall or the ceiling: the screen slides into its mounting brackets, then locks in place with a simple tool. The case is made of white aluminium, with a modern design.
Can the screen be moved away from the wall to clear a curtain or a light fitting?
Yes, with the optional steel extension brackets, sold in pairs: OPTECAR10 (10 cm), OPTECAR20 (20 cm) and OPTECAR30 (30 cm). They move the housing that far away from the wall or ceiling.
Is the fabric suitable for a meeting room, a classroom or a building open to the public?
The projection surface is a matte white rated M1 for reaction to fire, and the housing is made of aluminium: two points that matter for a permanent installation in a meeting room, a classroom or a shared space.
Is the projection screen new and under warranty?
Yes: the screen is new, delivered in its original packaging with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The exact dimensions of the housing, the weight bar and the other sizes in the range are given in the Oray datasheet (PDF).
