This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the TUF Gaming VG24VQR compatible with the PS5 and Xbox Series?
Yes: it is rated compatible with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S at 120 Hz, through its two HDMI inputs. A console and a PC can therefore stay connected permanently, with switching done from the monitor's menu.
What does the VG24VQR's curved VA panel bring?
A contrast ratio of 3000:1, three times that of a typical IPS panel, with a 1500R curvature that wraps around your field of view. Brightness reaches 350 cd/m², above average, with 16.78 million colours and 178° viewing angles.
Does the VG24VQR have built-in speakers?
Yes, speakers are built into the chassis, complemented by a headphone jack. However, there is no dedicated audio input: sound comes through the HDMI or DisplayPort cable.
What video inputs does the VG24VQR offer?
Two HDMI 1.4 ports and one DisplayPort 1.2. From a laptop whose only video output is USB-C, you need an adapter to one of these two formats, checking that this port actually supports video on your machine.
Does the VG24VQR's stand allow portrait mode?
Yes, which is rare in this price range: 150 mm of height adjustment, ±62° swivel, 90° rotation for portrait mode, and tilt. A VESA 100 x 100 mm mount remains available for a monitor arm.
Is the VG24VQR compatible with G-Sync?
No: it is AMD FreeSync Premium certified, not NVIDIA G-Sync. The synchronisation that eliminates screen tearing therefore relies on this technology, to be checked against your machine's graphics card.
What does the 1 ms MPRT response time with ELMB mean?
MPRT measures perceived motion blur, and Asus's ELMB technology lowers it by controlling the backlight between two frames. Shadow Boost mode also brightens dark areas so you can better make out what is hiding there.
Does this 24-inch monitor really measure 24 inches?
Its viewable diagonal is 23.6 inches, i.e. 59.9 cm, with a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution. The advertised 24 inches corresponds to the size class, as is customary for curved panels of this size.
Is the Asus TUF Gaming VG24VQR monitor new and under warranty?
Yes: a new product, in its original packaging, with a one-year warranty. Your invoice serves as the warranty document; simply keep it together with the original box.
