1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the HP 154X kit replace a toner cartridge?
No, these machines have no cartridge. The kit is used to reload toner directly into the printer on LaserJet Tank models: you pour in the powder, close it up, and printing resumes. That is the whole principle of the Tank system.
How long does a toner reload take?
About 15 seconds. The kit is designed to empty into the machine's reservoir without leaks or spills: you do it standing in front of the printer, with no tools or gloves.
How many pages does an HP 154X kit give?
About 5,000 pages, a yield declared according to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard. This is the high-capacity version: the standard 154A kit stops at 2,500 pages, half as many for the same reload.
Do you need to buy an imaging drum as well?
No, and that is the key point of this system: the long-life imaging drum is included in the printer. HP sums it up in one phrase — “no hidden costs”: beyond the reload kit, there is nothing else to buy.
Which printers take the HP 154X reload kit?
The HP LaserJet Tank MFP 1602 (1602a, 1602w), 1604w and the whole 2602 to 2606 series, in their dn, sdn, sdw, dw, dc and dsw versions. The reference to check is W1540X or 154X.
What kind of business is this system designed for?
For small and micro businesses looking for a very low-cost printing system for black text pages, with fast toner replacement done by the user.
Does the printer warn you when toner is low?
Yes, through the HP Smart app: it flags the low level and makes ordering the next kit easier. That way you can plan the reload rather than discover it in the middle of a print job.
Is the HP 154X kit supplied with the printer when you buy it?
No. The HP toner reload kit is not included with the printer and is bought separately — something to factor into the budget as soon as the machine is put into service.
What is the environmental benefit of the reload kit compared with a cartridge?
It contains over 75% less plastic by weight than previous versions, is easy to recycle thanks to a limited number of materials, and meets ecolabel emission guidelines together with the printer.
How big is an HP 154X reload kit?
107 × 60 × 216 mm and about 0.16 kg — pocket-sized, compared with the 36 cm of a conventional laser cartridge. The standard 154A kit is even shorter, at 173 mm.
Can the toner in the kit deteriorate if it waits for several months?
No. It is a dry powder, sealed in its kit: nothing evaporates and no nozzle can clog. Keeping a spare kit is all the easier as it fits in a drawer.
Is this HP 154X reload kit new and under warranty?
