1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is film supplied with the Instax Mini 12 Pink?
No. The camera uses FUJIFILM instax mini instant film, which is sold separately. Remember to order some so you can print as soon as you receive the camera.
What size are the Instax Mini 12 photos?
Prints are credit-card size, with an image size of 62 mm × 46 mm. Each photo develops automatically in about 90 seconds.
How is the Instax Mini 12 powered?
It runs on 2 AA (LR6) alkaline batteries, which last for about 10 film packs (around 100 shots). The batteries supplied are for testing; then replace them with new alkaline batteries (not manganese batteries).
How do you switch the camera on and enter close-up mode?
Simply turn the lens to switch it on, then turn it again to activate close-up mode, ideal for distances of 30 to 50 cm.
Is the Instax Mini 12 suitable for selfies?
Yes. It has a selfie mirror next to the lens: if you can see yourself in it, you are in the frame. The flash adjusts automatically, even in close-up, to avoid overexposure.
Do you have to set the exposure and flash yourself?
No. Shutter speed, flash output and brightness adjust automatically to the ambient light. The flash has an effective range of 0.3 to 2.2 m and recharges in 7 seconds or less.
Does the camera switch itself off to save the batteries?
Yes, it switches off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity. It also has a shot counter and a film confirmation window.
Can Instax photos be digitised to share online?
Yes, with the free INSTAX UP! app: it lets you scan your prints in high resolution, organise them and share them on social media.
What are the dimensions and weight of the Instax Mini 12?
It measures 104 × 66.6 × 122 mm and weighs about 306 g (without batteries, strap or film). Its compact size makes it easy to take anywhere.
Is the Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 instant camera new and under warranty?
