1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

It captures photos up to 24 MP and films 4K video (30 fps), thanks to its CMOS sensor, for sharp, detailed images.
Is the 24 MP of the Agfaphoto DC9200 native or interpolated?
The sensor produces native resolutions of around 5 and 8 megapixels; higher values (16, 20, 24 MP and above) as well as 4K video are obtained by interpolation. You choose the resolution according to your needs.
What zoom does the Agfaphoto DC9200 camera offer?
It combines a 10x optical zoom (no loss of quality) and a 16x digital zoom. To preserve sharpness, favour the optical zoom.
What is the dual screen of the Agfaphoto DC9200 for?
It has a 2.8" rear screen and a 1.54" front screen, very handy for framing yourself when taking selfies, group photos or vlogs.
Is the Agfaphoto DC9200 stabilised to avoid blurry photos?
