1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What is in the box of this Agfaphoto DC8200?
The camera, a lithium-ion battery, a USB cable, a 16 GB SD card, a storage pouch and a wrist strap. All that remains is to charge the battery before the first shot.
What memory card capacity does this camera accept?
Up to 32 GB on SD card. The 16 GB card supplied therefore leaves some headroom, but there is no point buying a larger one: above 32 GB, the card will not be recognised.
How far does the zoom of this Agfaphoto DC8200 reach?
8x optical zoom — a true zoom that brings the subject closer without degrading the image, unlike a digital zoom.
Does this camera offer shooting modes?
Yes: several photo and video modes are offered, including night, portrait, landscape and sunset. The IGBT flash can be set to automatic or forced mode.
Does this Agfaphoto record video?
Yes, in Full HD 1080p. Its 2.7-inch screen is used for framing as well as playback, and transfer to a computer is via USB 2.0.
