1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Pay 200 MAD up front by card, then 899 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Is film included with this white Instax Mini 12?
No: instax mini instant film is sold separately. Each print measures 62 × 46 mm, the famous credit-card format.
How do you take a good selfie with this Instax Mini 12?
By using the built-in selfie mirror on the lens: if you can see yourself in it, you are in the frame. The lens is a Fujinon 60 mm.
Can this camera take close-up photos?
Yes: it has a close-up mode, and the flash adjusts automatically even in this mode — which is where instant photos are most often overexposed.
Do you need to set anything before taking a photo?
No: the shutter speed, flash brightness and other settings adapt automatically to the ambient light. The shutter covers 1/2 to 1/250 of a second.
How is this Instax Mini 12 powered?
By two AA batteries, easy to find and replace when you are on the move — no proprietary battery or charging cable to carry.
