1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does RGB lighting really cut the battery life of the G502 X Plus?
Yes, and sharply: up to 130 hours of continuous gaming without lighting, compared with 37 hours with RGB LIGHTSYNC switched on. Turning the lighting off or down therefore more than triples the battery life — a setting worth knowing before heading off on a trip or to a LAN party.
Does this wireless mouse need batteries, and how is it recharged?
No batteries to buy: the G502 X Plus is rechargeable and charges via USB-C. You simply plug the cable back in when the level drops: no compartment to open, and no set of batteries to rebuy.
How does the G502 X Plus connect to the computer?
Through the LIGHTSPEED wireless link, via a USB receiver: so keep a USB port free on the computer. Tracking is handled by the HERO 25K sensor, and the clicks by LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches.
Are the settings kept if I plug the mouse into another computer?
Yes: the mouse stores up to 5 profiles in its own onboard memory. Your settings travel with it from one computer to another, instead of staying saved in the software of a single computer. Handy when you alternate between the office PC and the one at home.
106 grams: is that heavy for a wireless gaming mouse?
It is a moderate weight for a mouse that packs a battery, RGB lighting and a HERO 25K sensor. It also glides on low-friction PTFE feet, which reduces the effort needed on the mouse pad during long sessions.
Does it work on Mac, and is it new and under warranty?
It is stated to be compatible with Windows 10 and Mac 10.14. It is sold new and sealed in its original packaging, with its invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year.
