1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How do I know the MC-G03 maintenance cartridge is full?
The printer alerts you on screen. So there is nothing for you to monitor: the message appears when the tank is close to saturation, and you then simply replace the cartridge to restore normal operation.
Do I need a technician to change the MC-G03 cartridge?
No, it is user-replaceable. It is a routine maintenance task, designed to be carried out without tools or a service visit — a point that sets the MAXIFY GX apart from machines where this tank is internal.
What exactly does the Canon MC-G03 maintenance cartridge absorb?
Two things: the ink used during printhead cleaning cycles, and the excess ink sprayed during printing. It therefore supplies no ink — it collects it, and that is what keeps the machine clean.
Which printers does the MC-G03 cartridge fit?
The Canon MAXIFY GX3050, GX3040, GX4050 and GX4040. Compare the reference 5794C001AA with the one given in your printer's manual: Canon maintenance cartridges are not interchangeable from one series to another.
What happens if it is not replaced in time?
Print quality deteriorates and the machine's operation is disrupted: this cartridge is described as an essential component of the printer, not an optional accessory. Replacing it is part of normal maintenance.
Is the Canon MC-G03 maintenance cartridge genuine and under warranty?
Genuine Canon, reference 5794C001AA, new in manufacturer packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
