1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Cash at a bank branch

Pay the cash in at any of the 3,400 Attijariwafa Bank branches in Morocco, to the SGM2I account no. 0268 D 000 000 426. You do not need an account there: your ID and the cash are enough.

Is the HP 120A a toner or an imaging drum?
It is an imaging drum (photoconductor), ref. W1120A, not a toner cartridge. It is replaced independently of the printer's toner cartridges.
Which printers is the HP 120A drum compatible with?
It is designed for HP 150 series colour laser printers and HP 170 series colour laser multifunction printers.
How many pages can the HP 120A drum produce?
Its average yield is approximately 16,000 pages (ISO/IEC 19798 standard). Actual yield varies depending on the content printed.
Does the HP 120A drum handle colour printing?
Yes, it delivers consistent black and colour prints (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) on compatible HP colour printers.
Is replacing the HP 120A drum complicated?
No: the HP imaging drum is designed for quick and easy replacement. Used drums can be recycled through the HP Planet Partners programme.
Does the HP 120A drum replace the toner cartridges?
No. The drum and the toner cartridges are separate, complementary consumables: the drum transfers the image, the cartridges supply the colour. Plan for each according to its level of wear.
Is the HP 120A imaging drum new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and genuine, with the HP Premium warranty (product guaranteed to be free from defects for one year from installation). At iris.ma, it is covered by a 1-year warranty, with your invoice as proof. See the datasheet.
