1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this HP fuser kit 110 V or 220 V?
110 V. This is the first thing to check before ordering: a fuser kit is a heating part powered from the mains, and the two voltages are not interchangeable. Make sure your printer does require the 110 V version.
What is a fuser kit and why change it?
It is the heating assembly that fixes the toner onto the paper at the end of the print path. It is a wear part: once past its rated yield, the toner adheres poorly and comes off the sheet, and the printer eventually signals that it is due.
How many pages does this HP fuser kit last?
Up to 150,000 colour pages — cyan, magenta and yellow. This is the yield of a mechanical part: several dozen toner cartridges run out before it reaches the end of its life.
Which printer does this fuser kit fit?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M751dn. A fuser kit is specific to one model: it cannot be carried over from one machine to another, even within the Color LaserJet Enterprise range.
