1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 740 MAD up front by card, then 4 209 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the HP 828A drum replace the cyan toner?
No, they are two separate consumables. The imaging drum is the photosensitive cylinder that receives the image before transferring it to the paper; the toner is the powder. On the Color LaserJet Enterprise M855 and M880, the two are replaced separately and do not have the same service life.
How many pages does the HP 828A cyan drum last?
30,000 pages. That is a drum yield, far higher than that of a toner: you change several powder cartridges before having to change the cylinder.
Which printers does the HP 828A cyan drum fit?
The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M855 range and the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise flow M880 multifunction printers. Check the exact model shown on your machine: HP drums do not overlap from one range to another.
Do these printers need one drum per colour?
Yes: the 828A range offers one drum per colour, and this one is the cyan, reference CF359A. Each one wears according to how much its colour features in your prints — so they do not necessarily need replacing at the same time.
Is the HP 828A cyan drum heavy to handle?
It weighs 2.85 kg — it is a mechanical part sized for an enterprise printer, not an office cartridge. Plan to handle it with both hands and lay it flat, as the photosensitive cylinder is sensitive to light and impact.
Is this HP 828A drum genuine and under warranty?
Genuine HP, reference CF359A, new in manufacturer packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The datasheet lists all the specifications.
