1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is five metres too long for a DisplayPort cable?
It is designed for this distance: triple shielding and gold-plated contacts keep the signal intact all the way, in 4K at 60 Hz. It is the length that lets you connect a ceiling-mounted projector or a distant screen.
Does this DisplayPort cable carry sound?
Yes, and losslessly: it carries 7.1, 5.1 or stereo audio along with the picture. An amplifier or a screen with speakers will therefore receive the soundtrack through this single cable.
What maximum resolution does this 5-metre cable allow?
4K at 60 Hz, and of course Full HD 1080p below that. Refresh rate matters as much as resolution: at 60 Hz, pointer movement stays smooth, which is not the case at 30 Hz.
Which devices can you connect with this Ugreen 10213 cable?
A PC to a monitor, a projector or a TV with a DisplayPort connector. It lets you extend or duplicate the display, depending on the setting chosen in the operating system.
