This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

The size: the Mini is 16% smaller in volume and weighs 59 g. It is a format for small hands and fingertip grips, not simply a lighter version.
In how many ways does the Pulsefire Haste 2 Mini connect?
Three: via the 2.4 GHz dongle, over Bluetooth or by cable. The cable is also used for charging: you keep playing wired while the battery charges.
What is the battery life of the Pulsefire Haste 2 Mini?
Up to 100 hours per charge, via USB-C. At three hours of gaming a day, that is more than a month between charges.
What else is in the box?
PTFE skates and grip tape are included. They let you adjust glide and grip to the way you hold the mouse, with no accessories to buy.
Does this mouse work with a console?
Yes: it is listed as compatible with PC, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, PS5 and PS4. It is a gaming mouse that is not limited to the computer.
How many programmable buttons does the Mini have?
Six, configurable through the HyperX NGENUITY software. The same software is used to set the DPI levels, up to 26,000 DPI with the HyperX 26K sensor.
