1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Huawei 02311VGK cable need to be powered?
No: it is a passive cable, with no electronics or power supply. So it requires neither an optical module nor configuration: you plug it in between two SFP+ cages, and the link is up.
Will the Huawei 02311VGK cable fit in a tight rack?
Yes: its minimum bend radius is 25 mm. That is the figure that matters behind a switch: an overly stiff cable forces you to leave ten centimetres of clearance, which you do not always have.
What is the 0.5-metre Huawei 10G SFP+ cable used for?
For stacking connections between switches: two units stacked in the same rack are linked and then managed as one. The 50 centimetres match exactly that distance.
What speed does the Huawei 02311VGK cable carry?
10 Gbps, through SFP+ connectors at both ends. On a stacking link, this speed determines the bandwidth available between the two switches in the stack, and therefore their ability to behave as one.
Is the 0.5 m Huawei 10G SFP+ cable new and under warranty?
New, reference 02311VGK, in original Huawei packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
