1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Cobra Pro's wireless charging work out of the box?
No: you first need to replace the mouse's cover with the wireless receiver supplied with the Razer Wireless Charging Puck or the Mouse Dock Pro — both sold separately. Without them, charging is via USB-C.
What is the battery life of the Razer Cobra Pro?
Two figures, depending on the connection: up to 100 hours on HyperSpeed and up to 170 hours on Bluetooth. Go by the HyperSpeed figure if you game — it is the low-latency mode.
How much does the Razer Cobra Pro weigh?
77 grams. Razer describes it as suited to all three grip styles — fingertip, claw or palm — thanks to its compact format.
How many programmable controls does the Cobra Pro have?
Ten, spread across five profiles stored on the mouse. The profiles travel with the mouse from one machine to another: macros stay active without reinstalling Razer Synapse.
Do you need software to reprogram the Cobra Pro's buttons?
Yes, button configuration, macros and lighting effects are handled through Razer Synapse, to be installed on the PC. Once the settings are saved to a profile, the mouse keeps them.
How many lighting zones does the Cobra Pro have?
Eleven, programmable individually, with an underglow strip beneath the mouse. Each zone can be set to any of around 16.8 million colours in Razer Chroma RGB.
Can the Cobra Pro be taken to 8,000 Hz?
Yes, by adding the Razer Mouse Dock Pro or the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle: the mouse then reaches a true wireless polling rate of 8,000 Hz. These accessories are not part of the mouse.
Can the Cobra Pro's dongle also be used for a keyboard?
Yes. HyperSpeed multi-device support lets you pair a compatible wireless keyboard with the same dongle: one USB port used instead of two.
Does the Cobra Pro work on a glass desk?
Yes: the Focus Pro 30K optical sensor is rated to track on a wide variety of surfaces, glass included. This means you do not have to use a mouse pad on a glass top.
How does the Razer Cobra Pro connect?
In three ways: HyperSpeed wireless via dongle, Bluetooth, or USB-C cable. Wired mode takes over when the battery runs out mid-game.
Is this Razer Cobra Pro mouse new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, it is a new Razer product, reference RZ01-04660200-R3G1, barcode 8886419334439. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
