This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

How many programmable buttons does the G309 have?
Six, fully customisable in the G HUB software: button assignments, macros and DPI levels can be set game by game.
Does the G309 keep its settings on another computer?
Yes, it has five profiles in on-board memory. The settings travel with the mouse: plug it into another machine and both the DPI levels and the macros stay active.
What is special about the G309's feet?
They are made of PTFE — Teflon. That is what gives the consistent glide gamers look for, where a foot made of filled plastic drags more on the mouse pad.
