Yes to both: it is NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible certified and supports AMD FreeSync. Whatever the brand of your graphics card, the synchronisation that eliminates tearing and stuttering is therefore available.
What video inputs does the VX2779A-HD-PRO offer?
Two HDMI 1.4 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4. A console and a PC can therefore stay connected at the same time; from a laptop whose only output is USB-C, you will need an adapter to one of these formats.
