1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Pay 2 070 MAD up front by card, then 11 729 MAD in cash on delivery. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel your order.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is this Honeywell CK62 terminal 5G compatible?
Yes: it has 5G and Wi-Fi 6E built in. Wi-Fi 6E opens up the 6 GHz band, which is much less congested than the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands in a warehouse crowded with devices.
Does this CK62 read codes from a distance?
No: its 1D/2D imager is short-range. It reads barcodes and QR codes presented in front of it, not a label at the top of a rack.
Does this terminal have a physical keypad?
Yes: a 38-key keypad, complemented by a pistol grip for handling. A keypad remains more reliable than a touchscreen when wearing gloves or in bright light.
Can Google apps be installed on this terminal?
Yes: it runs GMS-certified Android, which gives access to Google Mobile Services and the associated security updates.
How much memory does this Honeywell CK62 have?
64 GB of storage, enough to hold business applications and work offline when the network drops out in part of the warehouse.
