Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • On-screen image : the content visible on the screen is a composite: it represents neither the real picture quality nor any content supplied with the product.
  • Stand and mount : the shape of the stand changes between versions; wall mounts, arms and ceiling fixings are not included unless stated.
  • Connectors and sound : the number of HDMI, DisplayPort and USB ports, and the presence of speakers, a tuner or a network port, are read in the specifications.
  • Panel : bezels, curved format, touch, matte or glossy finish and refresh rate cannot be judged from a photo.
  • Accessories : remote control, cables, 3D glasses and projection screen are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the MSI MAG 27C6X really reach 250 Hz?
Its native refresh rate is 240 Hz; 250 Hz is reached through overclocking, which you enable from the monitor's menu. The response time is rated at 1 ms MPRT and 4 ms grey-to-grey.
What does the 1500R curvature of this 27-inch monitor offer?
It brings the edges of the image back towards your eyes, which heightens immersion without visibly distorting the straight lines of a spreadsheet. The VA panel delivers a contrast ratio of 3000:1, three times that of a typical IPS panel.
What video inputs does the MAG 27C6X offer?
Two HDMI 2.0b ports and one DisplayPort 1.2a. The HDMI cable is supplied with the power cable: a console and a PC can stay connected at the same time, with nothing extra to buy.
What is the AI Vision mode on this MSI monitor for?
To reveal details in the dark areas of a game, by raising the overall brightness and colour saturation without washing out the bright areas. Useful for spotting an opponent in a dark corner.
Is the MAG 27C6X stand height-adjustable?
No: only the tilt is adjustable, from -5° to +20°. The monitor weighs 3.95 kg and takes up 610.5 mm of width and 249.8 mm of depth with its stand; the panel alone is only 90.4 mm thick.
Is this gaming monitor easy on the eyes?
It features MSI anti-flicker and blue light reduction technologies, designed for extended sessions. Its brightness is 250 cd/m², suited to a room without much direct light.
Is the MSI MAG 27C6X monitor new and under warranty?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with a 1-year warranty; your invoice serves as the warranty document. The manufacturer's technical document is attached to this page.
