1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the MSI PRO MP273UP E6 display 4K at 60 Hz?
Yes: its two HDMI 2.0b ports are rated for 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, as is the DisplayPort 1.4a. That is the expected refresh rate for a 4K office monitor, suited to office work and visual work.
A 27-inch monitor in 4K: is the text readable without adjustment?
The pixel pitch drops to 0.1554 mm, half that of a Full HD monitor of the same size: the image is very fine, and most users apply scaling in the system settings for comfortable reading.
Does the MP273UP E6's stand allow portrait mode?
Yes: 110 mm of height adjustment, tilt from -5° to +20°, ±30° swivel and ±90° pivot to turn the panel upright — rare for a 4K monitor of this size. Allow for 5.75 kg.
Can you display two sources at the same time on the MP273UP E6?
Yes: PIP and PBP modes let you display two machines simultaneously, as an inset or side by side. The two HDMI inputs and the DisplayPort can stay connected permanently.
Does the MP273UP E6 have built-in speakers?
Yes, two 3 W speakers, more power than the usual 2 W on a desktop monitor. Enough to follow a video conference without adding speakers.
Can the MP273UP E6 be mounted on a monitor arm?
Yes, but with a VESA 75 x 75 mm pattern, more compact than the usual 100 x 100 mm: check this on your arm or wall mount before buying. The monitor weighs 5.75 kg.
Does the MP273UP E6 need an external power brick?
Yes: an external 12 V, 4 A adapter powers the monitor. Make room for this power brick under the desk or in a cable grommet, in addition to the panel's 613.5 mm of width.
