This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Can you increase the memory in this HP OMEN 16-am0071nf?
Yes, by replacing the modules. The two accessible slots are occupied by 2 × 8 GB of DDR5-5600, i.e. 16 GB in dual-channel. To move to 32 GB, you therefore have to remove both modules rather than add one.
Can you add a second SSD to this HP OMEN 16-am0071nf?
Yes: the machine has two M.2 slots for SSDs, only one of which is occupied by the supplied 512 GB PCIe Gen4 NVMe drive. A second drive can therefore be installed without replacing the first — useful for keeping the system separate from a game library.
