1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which UPS units does the Schneider AP9640 card fit?
The Galaxy VM, Smart-UPS and Easy UPS. It adds remote monitoring and management to them: without a card, a UPS reports neither outages nor a battery nearing end of life.
Can several people view the UPS at the same time?
Yes, the web interface is multi-user: it allows simultaneous access and quick event analysis. Useful when the operations and maintenance teams work on the same fleet.
Does this card integrate with centralised monitoring?
Yes, with EcoStruxure IT, Schneider Electric's monitoring platform. This is what lets you follow several UPS units from a single dashboard and anticipate battery replacements.
What network interface does the AP9640 card have?
Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. Speed is not the issue for monitoring: what counts is compatibility with current switches, as an older card can cause problems on a managed port.
Is this communication card secure?
It is presented as protecting data in line with the latest cybersecurity standards. This is a sensitive point: a UPS management card is a network device, exposed just like a server.
Is the Schneider Electric AP9640 card new and under warranty?
New, reference AP9640, in original Schneider Electric packaging. The invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 year. Keep it: it is the document that will be requested in the event of a claim.
