This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Is the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 really thin for a gaming PC?
1.49 to 1.64 cm thick for 1.85 kg and 35.4 × 24.6 cm — ultraportable dimensions for a machine with an RTX 5070. The chassis is made of CNC-machined aluminium, cut from a solid block, which explains both its thinness and its rigidity.
How good is the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16's RTX 5070?
It is a dedicated RTX 5070 with 8 GB of GDDR7, running at 105 W — 90 W plus 15 W of Dynamic Boost. A restrained power budget, in keeping with the thin chassis: it targets high-settings gaming at the screen's 2.5K resolution rather than maximum raw power.
Is the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16's OLED screen also suitable for creative work?
Yes: the 2.5K 240 Hz OLED panel covers 100% of DCI-P3 and reaches 500 nits. OLED also delivers perfect blacks, an asset for video colour grading as well as for gaming — it is one of the few screens in this category to serve both uses without compromise.
Can the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16's 32 GB of RAM be expanded?
No. The 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7467 is soldered to the motherboard: that is the trade-off for a 1.49 cm-thick chassis, where the memory is placed as close as possible to the processor. On the other hand, 32 GB is already double the usual amount on a gaming laptop.
Does the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 have an SD card reader?
Yes, a UHS-II SD reader at 312 MB/s — much faster than a standard SD reader, and designed for offloading video footage. It sits alongside a Thunderbolt 4 port, a G-SYNC-compatible 10 Gbps USB-C port and two 10 Gbps USB-A ports.
Does the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 have an RJ45 network port?
No, there is no built-in Ethernet port: that is the deliberate trade-off of a 1.49 cm chassis. Networking goes through 2x2 tri-band Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. For a wired connection in competitive play, plan on a USB-C to RJ45 adapter.
What comes in the Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 box apart from the PC?
Besides the 200 W power supply, a ROG gaming mouse and a ROG sleeve are included free with this model — everything you need to play and carry the machine straight out of the box, with no accessory to buy.
