This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Is Windows preinstalled on the MSI Cyborg 15 B13WEKG?
No, it comes with FreeDOS: no Windows system is installed. You will need to install one — a Windows licence or a Linux distribution — before you can launch a game. The hardware, on the other hand, is complete straight out of the box.
