1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How good is the Core Ultra 7 265 processor in this HP tower?
It has an NPU delivering up to 13 TOPS — an accelerator dedicated to artificial intelligence workloads, separate from the CPU cores and the graphics. HP pairs it with 16 GB of DDR5 and a 512 GB NVMe SSD.
Can this HP ProDesk tower be upgraded?
Yes: it is an upgradeable tower form factor, with expandable storage and memory. That is what sets a tower apart from a sealed mini PC: the machine is built to last.
Are the monitor, keyboard and mouse included?
No monitor: you will need to provide one. However, a wired HP keyboard and mouse, with an AZERTY layout, come with the machine.
Does this HP tower have a DVD drive?
No: no optical drive is included. To read a disc, you will need an external USB drive.
Does this tower have a dedicated graphics card?
No: it relies on integrated Intel graphics. That is enough for office work and several monitors, but not for professional 3D.
Is this HP ProDesk 4 Tower G1i computer new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new HP product, reference CW3H5EA, with an internal power supply with active PFC. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for a period of 1 year.
