3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

How much storage can this ProLiant ML30 hold?
Up to 80 TB, across 8 hot-swappable bays for 2.5-inch drives. It comes with two 480 GB SATA SSDs and an HPE MR216i-p RAID controller.
Does this server stay up if a power supply fails?
Yes: two hot-plug 1,000 W Titanium power supplies — the server keeps running if one fails, and the unit can be replaced without shutting the machine down.
How far can the memory of this ML30 be expanded?
It comes with 32 GB of DDR5 UDIMM and can take up to 128 GB. Enough to keep pace with a small organisation's growth without changing machines.
Does this server fit in a 19-inch rack?
It does not need to: it is a 4U tower form factor server that stands on the floor. It has 4 expansion slots, including one PCIe Gen5 x16.
Is this ProLiant ML30 protected against firmware tampering?
Yes: TPM 2.0 is enabled by default and firmware protection goes all the way down to the silicon. The root of trust built into the chip verifies the firmware before it starts.
Can this server be managed remotely?
Yes: HPE iLO 6 provides monitoring, alerts and remote intervention, even when the operating system is no longer responding.
Is this HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen11 server new and under warranty?
