3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this server have a redundant power supply?
Not out of the box: it ships with one 1000 W Flex Slot Titanium power supply, hot-pluggable. The chassis accepts a second supply of the same type; once added, it takes over if the first one fails, and either can be replaced without shutting the server down.
Which RAID can be configured on the drives?
Software RAID managed by Intel VROC SATA, built into the motherboard: no hardware controller is installed in this configuration. The two included 480 GB SATA SSDs can thus be mirrored. A PCIe5 x16 slot allows a SAS controller to be added later.
How much memory can be installed?
Up to 128 GB, across the 4 DIMM slots of the motherboard. The server ships with one 32 GB DDR5 UDIMM module with error correction (ECC): three slots remain free for 16 or 32 GB modules of the same type.
Can an M.2 NVMe SSD be installed for booting?
Yes, with the HPE kit that adds the iLO-M.2-serial module: the motherboard M.2 slot does not accept an SSD directly. This module takes a 2280 or 22110 NVMe SSD and also provides a serial port and a dedicated iLO network port.
What connections are at the rear?
Four 1GbE RJ-45 ports, the first shared with iLO management, a DisplayPort 1.1a output, a VGA output and USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports. The serial port and the dedicated iLO port are optional, as is a second power supply.
What dimensions and weight should be planned for?
The tower measures 36.83 cm high, 17.53 cm wide and 47.5 cm deep. It weighs 10.2 to 18.7 kg depending on the drives and options installed. It operates between 10 and 35 °C, so it can sit in a ventilated office rather than a server room.
Which expansion cards can be added?
Four full-height cards: one PCIe5 x16 slot rated at 75 W and three PCIe4 slots with x8 connectors wired as x4, rated at 25 W. Two of them accept full-length cards, for a fast network adapter, a storage controller or an extra adapter.
