1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

The HPE ProLiant Compute DL360 Gen12 1U rack server packs the power of Intel® Xeon® 6 processors into a compact format, ideal for virtualisation, hybrid cloud and business applications. It comes with an Intel® Xeon® 6505P 12-core processor (2.2 GHz, 48 MB cache), 64 GB of DDR5 memory (2 × 32 GB), 2 × 2.4 TB SAS hard drives at 10,000 rpm in 8 SFF bays and an HPE MR408i-o RAID controller with 4 GB cache. Its 2-port Broadcom 10 GbE card, two hot-plug 1000 W Titanium power supplies and HPE iLO 7 remote management, which integrates quantum-resistant algorithms, make it a reliable and secure foundation. It scales up to a second processor, 8 TB of DDR5 memory and 3 PCIe Gen5 slots.

Frequently asked questions

What are the delivery times and fees?
Delivery all over Morocco within 1 to 5 working days, at the same rate in every city for parcels up to 30 kg — and free delivery from 3 000 dh of purchases. Above 30 kg, the rate follows the weight and is shown on the product page and in the basket. You are notified by SMS, then called by the courier.
Is the product new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, genuine product, delivered in its original packaging with an invoice. The invoice serves as the warranty document (1 year) with the manufacturer's after-sales service in Morocco.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, at the Casablanca store (Mon–Fri 10am–7pm · Sat 10am–2pm) or the Témara collection point (Mon–Thu 8.30am–6pm · Fri 8.30am–1.30pm / 2.30–6pm · Sat 8.30am–12.30pm). Payment on site: cash, bank card via terminal, certified cheque.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card online (secure Attijari Payment), cash on delivery, bank transfer and certified cheque. All our prices are in dirhams, VAT included.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name (with its ICE)?
Yes. Provide your company's legal name and ICE when ordering: the invoice is issued in its name and enclosed with the parcel (handed over with the order for in-store collection). Companies and public bodies can also request a quote — reply within 24 working hours.
